CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS - DESIGNERS -CHARLOTTE, SC

We are looking for both Temporary and Permanent Civil Engineers and Designers for two offices in Houston and in Baton Rouge. Minimum of 5 years experience. Send your resume for immediate consideration.
ENGINEERS
Charlotte, SCPerform calculations design concrete, structural steel, sitework, sewers, bldgs etc.
Able to supervise designers/drafters. Man-hour estimating and planning skills required. Able to take lead on projects in the absence of the Sr. Lead Engineer.Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering, PE preferred, not required but must be able to obtain, design experience in foundations and structures.
Job Conditions/Environment: Some field work required to observe progress of work or take measurements of existing facilities, some light travel may be required, some overtime work may be required during periods of peak work activity.
ENGINEERS
Charlotte, SCCivil/Structural Engineer for process and petrochemical projects. Prepare structural design calculations (concrete and steel) and develop construction details.Requirements: BSCE and minimum 5 yrs experience in structural analysis and design of process and petrochemical facilities. PE license and MSCE preferred. Must be familiar with IBC, AISC, and ACI codes and have experience in structural analysis using STRUDL or STAADPRO. Requires strong computer skill, including the use of structural applications software and MS office.
DESIGNERS
Charlotte, SCStructural designer to perform layout and CAD drafting of structural steel and concrete buildings for various industrial power plant projects. Must have experience with Micro Station, and Intergraph PDS on power plant and/or heavy industrial projects. Previous Fossil experience is a plus.Requirements: Minimum 10 years experience in architectural design of structural steel and concrete buildings and CAD drafting using Microstation software. Minimum 1 year experience in PDS and Frameworks.DESIGNERS
Charlotte, SCStructural designer to perform concrete and steel layout/design and CAD drafting for process and petro-chem projects. Must have experience with Microstation and PDS (Frameworks) projects.Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in structural (steel & concrete) design using Microstation CAD software.
