EIT who worked with a civil engineering firm while completing degree
development, have the ability to do some design work such as utilities, profiles, grade and elevationsAll applicants must have authority to permanently reside and work in the United States
NO ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS except as described for EIT who worked while in college
REQUIREMENTS
ENGINEER - should have land development background. For the Department Leader position, the person should have extensive leadership roles in healthare, high tech and large commercial work.ENGINEER EIT - should have 2-3+ years experience with planned communities, subdivision design, commercial site development work. A real plus is someone who is familiar with LDDCIVIL AUTOCAD TECHNICIAN SENIOR PERSON - this individual should be familiar with AutoCAD, LDD and should have at least 5-7 years of progressive experience with a civil engineering firm that has done commercial site development and residential subdivisions. Person will be expected to set grades and elevations, calculate profiles, be able to work fairly independently to complete assigned work.
