CIVIL ENGINEER - PARTNER SUCCESSOR

This position is to replace a retiring partner.

As result, this is both a very prestigious and responsible position.

The search is also a VERY CONFIDENTIAL. To assure the confidentiality of interested candidates, the names of the hiring company and candidates are only diclosed to one another when mutual interest is established by Lewis-Gray, LLC, the recruiters for this position.

Person must be a PE “by exam,” in good standing and available to work in the Austin office.

Postion requires either extensive land development and site development work or site development work for institutional, commercial, medical and high-tech facilities.

Responsible for overseeing design of several project engineers and their CAD personnel.

Salary, of course, is commensurate with the experience of the successful candidate and partnership offerings would come upon successful completion of a reasonable amount of time in the position.

Candidates must have the ability to reside and work permanently in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to manage others to get projects done on-time and in-budget
Prior experience in either land development or site plans for large commercial, institutional, large medical facilities, hospitals, or high-tech manufacturing sites
Ability to still be intimately involved in the complete process of design from start to finish on a project
Very good client interaction skills for meetings with clients
