CA P.E. Civil Engineer

Purpose: A growing mid-sized multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in planning, landscape architecture, architectural and engineering design services for commercial, retail and mixed use type developments is seeking a Civil Engineer experienced in Commercial Land Development with a PE License in the state of California (required).

This position is located in Denver, CO!

The primary role of this position will be to design, coordinate and direct work for development of retail and commercial projects and act as the primary point of contact with the client.

Requirements:
-Minimum BS degree in Civil Engineering
-PE License in the State of California (required)
-5 to 20 years experience in land development associated with large commercial sites preferred.
-Working knowledge of landscaping, architectural and legal terms applicable to site development.
