Tri-County Sweeping Services, Inc. is a leader in South Florida in the areas of property maintenance, offering parking lot and construction sweeping, pressure cleaning, porter services, bulk trash hauling and handyman repairs. Our clients are comprised of local and national property managers, grocery chains and retail stores. We seek an individual to expand our client base and our sales throughout the South Florida market area, create sales leads and sales strategies, and prepare quotations and price new jobs.

Organizational, communication skills and computer experience required.
REQUIREMENTS
We seek an individual to expand our client base and our sales throughout the South Florida market area, create sales leads and sales strategies, and prepare quotations and price new jobs. Candidate will be required to develop a customer base, create relationships with new customers, and help build our business. Job will require speaking and meeting with property owners/managers, soliciting business, preparing quotations, etc. Prior vendor experience dealing with these types of prospective clients (building owners, property managers, etc.) in South Florida is a major benefit.
