Building Envelope Engineer/Architect

We are searching for a Building Envelope Professional to conduct forensic investigations of commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings to determine failures and defects. The selected individual will determine the cause and origin of building damages and provide a detailed report to the client.

The ideal candidate will have experience in forensic investigations and all aspects of building envelope deficiency analysis, rehabilitation design and repairs of exterior walls, roofing and windows.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-BS degree in architecture, engineering or related field
-Minimum of 5 years experience with building envelope systems/evaluations
-Architect registration or PE registration
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Approximately 35% travel expected
