Branch Manager Senior Estimator for multi family commercial

Branch Manager or Senior Estimator is needed with multi family or commercial contractor experience or insurance restoration contractor experience.
REQUIREMENTS
This company offers construction repair services to multi-family and commercial properties that have been damaged by water, fire, winds and storms.

Will be responsible for building an office and developing business to business relationships with commercial clients, property mangers, insurance adjusters and negotiating contracts, estimating and project management. College education is a bonus. Prefer 3-5+ years work experience.

This stable company is rapidly expanding due to their growth in the industry and setting up additional offices throughout the U.S.

Salary and benefits include medical insurance, liberal vehicle allowance, pension plan, and generous commissions.
