Billing Specialist

Are you one of Denver's top Billing Specialists? Do you have good knowledge of accounting principals? Are you extremely detail oriented and an excellent multi-tasker? Are you capable of the following?
Job Responsibilities: create invoices on a monthly basis for clients based on job cost billings, pull hours and costs from reports generated from our software system, track down any lingering costs or freelance hours to include in monthly billing, Initiate awareness of all jobs, make certain that you have all job proposals, ensure monthly invoices do not exceed the job estimate, work very closely with Account Executives to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, Month end reconciliation's of general ledger accounts pertaining to billing, work collections on a weekly basis.
If you do not have job cost billing experience similar to billing at a law office or billing in the construction industry please do not apply.

2-5years job cost billing experience
Clients & Profits software knowledge a huge plus
1-2 years Collections background
Basic knowledge of accounting principals
Must be able to work with many different personalities
