What we NEED?

BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) Construction Recruiter for our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

TradeSource is looking for an experienced individual in the recruiting/placement or construction industries that will help drive recruiting & sales in this well-established market. Our staff is the primary business development source for their market by selling in a consultative, face-to-face manor. A brief outline of the job duties is:

- Develop new and innovative methods to recruit the highest quality worker.
- Interview and hire associates in various trade disciplines.
- Assist in managing new and existing accounts in the territory.
- Attend local and regional association meeting to improve network relationships.
- Develop new methods of recording new construction opportunities within the territory.
- Assist in credit and collections for responsible accounts.

Extensive training will be supplied upon starting your career at TradeSource. Management will supply the training resources need to succeed. These resources include: working with our Director of Operations & Training, development training at regional field offices, and professional sales manuals.

REQUIREMENTS
You must be fluent in both Spanish and English to apply for this position
High-energy level
Well-developed time management skills, experience with Outlook and ACT preferable
Recruiting experience (preferably in construction/trades industry) utilizing various search tools (sourcing, COI’s, job boards, referrals) to build network of qualified candidates
Associates or Bachelor Degree
