Associate Area Real Estate Manager

Position Purpose:
Work with the Area Real Estate Mangers, Real Estate Coordinator, Area Construction Managers and Franchisees to optimize real estate values and to align goals with corporate strategies. Optimize the market through property manager of the regional portfolio.

The primary responsibilities for the Associate Area Real Estate Manager include:
*Handle property management for the region.
*Create, manage, and execute the development plan to meet portfolio returns and goals of the development Team.
*Monitor and control the flow of property management issues by coordinating the efforts of others (e.g., brokers, attorneys, consultants, and government agencies).
*Understand terms and conditions of real estate agreements.
*Recommend to management a solution for each property management issue.
*Work with Construction Department to secure all required approvals.
*Communicate and implement corporate policies and procedures for any property management issue.
*Analyze and make recommendations for all aspects of the real estate portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicant should possess:
*College degree in Real Estate, Business or related field.
*Three to five years in corporate real estate experience.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*The ability to perform under pressure.
*Limited travel.
