Assistant Superintendent

Purpose: A well known construction company has a need for a Assistant Superintendent.

This person must have a background in commercial construction, and a minimum of 2 years running jobs (managing sub-contractors, laborers etc).
Experience with concrete, framing or steel erection is a plus. This person must be computer literate. Familiarity with federal government sites is a plus.

This person will be on site everyday, and be responsible for reviewing plans, gathering submittals, inspecting job sites, coordinating and managing sub-contractors.

This company is looking for someone that has a willingness to learn and work their way up.
