Pay Range is 45-65k.Out of state candidates welcome...relocation packages available.100% Employer-paid benefits for both employee and family, inlcuding 401K. Tremendous growth opportunity with a large national Commercial General Contractor in Miami, FL. Prepare submittals, purchase orders, RFI's, subcontractors and change orders. Assists the Project Manager with the overall management of the project activities including planning and coordinating activities with others, circumventing or resolving problem areas, and ensuring all Company and project policies, procedures and standards are maintained. Monitors the project scheduling. Assists in the administration of the bidding process. Represents the Company and project in meetings. Assists the Project Manager in ensuring the timely processing of permitting, notification and related governing authority requirements. Assists with cost-control and with project billing. Reviews information such as daily record of activities (log), records of materials received and used, and reports from various workers. Provides technical reporting and completes field reports. ***Willing to relocate!!***
REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience reading and interpreting plans, bidding documents and contract documents. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) required. Experience using Expedition and SureTrak desired.
