MVI Services is a growing professional services and development firm based in Charles County, MD that provides Project Management and Construction Management Services. Currently managing more than $60 million in municipal and multi-family projects, MVI’s growing client list includes municipalities, real estate development companies, utilities, communications companies, and other property and business owners sponsoring or supporting medium to large scale capital projects and programs.

Due to increasing demand, we currently have several openings in our Projects Division for Assistant Project Managers/Engineer Technicians working on projects located in Southern Maryland and the surrounding Washington Metro area.

These positions will be supporting the preparation, management, and/or expediting of project schedules, budgets, design, permit applications, plan reviews, bid documents preparation, construction, and other activities as required to support project development, design and construction. Typical projects will include municipal water, sewer, and transportation; residential and commercial site development including roads, water, sewer, and stormwater facilities; and commercial vertical construction projects. The projects are in various stages from concept development and permitting, to design and construction.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or related field.
Experience in supporting multiple medium to large-scale capital projects highly desired.
