Architecture CADD

Award winning Architectural and Planning Consulting Firm is looking for CADD designers for work on large scale condo, mixed-use and muti-family projects in the Orlando area.The designer will workwithin in a team to produce designs for residential developments such as high-rise, mid-rise, mixed use and muti-family projects.The firm is located in a unique design village working environment and has all state of the art technology.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you will need the following:Bachelor of Architecture or an Associates Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting
2 years experience developing construction documents utilizing AutoCAD on large scale projects
Draft detailed sketches, working plans, and drawings from sketches and existing drawings.Assist in design planning and detailing by preparing studies, layouts, and preliminary work in connection with building envelope rehabilitation projects.Represent the Project Architect by observing and documenting the progress and quality of the work being done by contractors.Facilitate communication between the Owner and Contractor under the direction of the Project Architect.Assist in the administration of construction contracts to insure compliance with approved plans and specifications.Assist the Architect in the preparation of surveys that document, evaluate, and recommend solutions for building envelope defects.Assist in the preparation of architectural plans and specifications for rehabilitation of existing structures.Perform related duties as assigned or required to meet company goals and objectives
The firm offers a very competitive wage and bonus structure with a base in the $30 to $50K range.
