REQUIREMENTS
Project Architect:
Successful Candidate will have an Architectural degree, be licensed to practice architecture, and in addition, have 6 - 8 years experience with private architectural firm(s) coordinating and delivering major projects. Other qualifications include strong computer design/drafting skills, the ability to logically organize and prioritize own work and supervise subordinate staff. Candidate must be willing to work cooperatively within a teaming atmosphere. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Architectural Job Captain:
Candidate must be capable of coordinating and leading an architectural drafting team in the development of construction documents for specific assigned building projects. Applicant must be able to demonstrate knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, and document coordination, with a thorough understanding of building materials, construction methods, building codes and ADA requirements. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills are essential. Minimum qualifications include BS in Arch degree with 4-6 years relevant work experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
