Architectural Draftperson

Progressive Northern Virginia Design/Build Remodeling firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. Position requires self-motivated, optimistic team player who is willing to see projects through to completion.

We need a Draftsperson who is:

REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include working with Design/Sales staff to obtain on-site measurements, assist Design/Sales with preparing preliminary design drawings for residential remodeling projects, completion of permit ready drawings, obtaining building permits and monitoring drafting supplies inventory/usage.

Strong residential design and drafting experience preferred. Knowledge of building codes and Chief Architect or other CAD software is required.
