Job Description


Bentley Architects + Engineers is seeking experienced Architectural Designer / Drafters to compliment our existing Architectural department. With 22 years of experience in the Orlando Area, Bentley has an established reputation as one of the leading innovators in public and private sector design projects.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years CAD experience preferably in the design and development of construction documents for commercial projects within both the public and private sectors. Experience with renovation and alteration projects also a plus. Architectural License/Registration in not required.
Applicants should have substantial experience in completed commercial projects, civil site design and/or structural design also helpful. Successful candidates will have the ability to work with corporate clients and coordinate with in house engineers, be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrated attention to detail, be a team player, and the ability to develop plans. Good communication skills are required.
You will have the chance to represent Bentley and work with some of the largest public and private clients in Florida. We have the project diversity of a large scale firm, but in a smaller, more individualized working environment.

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in AutoCAD Ver. 2000 or higher
Microsoft Office
Rendering experience or 3D modeling a plus
Microstation Experience a plus
Candidate must currently be living in the United States


Preferred


Florida Building Code Experience
Additional experience with structural drafting or civil drafting a plus.
