We are looking for a new addition to our great team. We currently have an opportunity for an Architectural CADD/Drafting Coordinator in our Reston VA location. The Architectural CADD/Drafting Coordinator is responsible for the production of construction documents on CADD and production of construction sketches. Additionally, the Architectural Coordinator coordinates projects and provides architectural services to the Sales, Marketing, Design Center, Purchasing and Construction departments and other SMC personnel as required.


Position details:
Provide design guidance and plan distribution to construction, purchasing, sales and marketing staff
Manage the updating of Architectural Department reports, Architectural Project Schedules,
Preview and Redline construction documents and attend Neighborhood Start-up Meetings
Maintain digital library of architectural features and tables
Prepare project construction drawings on CADD
Prepare project schedules
Be very familiar with applicable design codes and submittal requirements for counties SMC works in
Prepare construction sketches
Produce architectural details in the house/residential market
Review construction drawings
Complete in a timely and accurate fashion all other duties as assigned by manager
Adhere to and promote the mission, vision, and values of Stanley Martin

REQUIREMENTS
4 year college degree in Architecture
Exceptional CADD skills
Minimum of five years prior experience in residential construction required.
High competency with MSOffice.
Team player with good organization and communication skills
Positive attitude and Self Starter.
