A very well established Architectural Engineering firm in Irvine has an immediate need for a mid-level Architect with commercial / retail Architectural experience. Experience with residential architecture would also be acceptable.

THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT POSITION – IT IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires coordinating with engineering consultants
to ensure drawing integrity and completeness and maintain production schedules. Also required to Work with the building trades to respond to RFIs. .

Bachelors or Associates degree in Architecture is highly desirable BUT not required. Strong background in AutoCAD Architecture Desktop. Knowledge of, and experience with Architectural 3D modeling and presentation skills are a plus. Candidates must have leadership experience with a desire to grow. Familiarity with architectural design production. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to work autonomously and in team settings. Career focus for the architectural industry is highly desired.

Requirements:
- 4+ yrs. experience
- Technical AutoCAD / Architectural 3D skills
- Bachelors or Associates in Architecture is preferred
- Team orientation skills
