We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Boston, MA. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - Boston, MA

Responsibilities:
Develop scope and schedule for tenant and building improvement projects and relocation projects
Manage all financial aspects of each project through its conclusion
Conduct and document weekly meetings
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions
Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Manage building improvement projects
Address clients' special requests and post-move relocation concerns
Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, interior design or construction management
Ability to prepare and track budgets
Experience working in a project management or support role a plus
Understanding of technical requirements for the relocation of computer and telephone systems
Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plus
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Project Scheduler, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
