Varsity Gold seeks sports-minded sales people with the desire to help high schools raise money for their athletic programs & other extracurricular activities. Our Sales Representatives cold-call and sell to high school coaches & advisors, athletic directors, youth sports league directors and merchants in the Springfield/Holyoak, MA area. A successful sales representative is a self-disciplined, hard worker with outside sales & cold-calling skills to develop new territories and expand our current client base.







Salary is a draw against commission. Other salary details will be explained upon interview. Ongoing personal and company-wide training is provided.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate has coaching or athletic experience, with a minimum of 1 year of outside or related sales experience. Strong relationship building skills, entrepreneurial drive and the ability to independently build a client portfolio are essential.



The candidate should currently live in the sales territory. Relocation costs are not covered. The candidate must have personal transportation.
