Residential Security Sales Representative

Our client is one of the largest monitored security companies in the world, serving more than five-million customers around the globe. They provide services to residential (single family and multi-family residences), commercial and government subscribers.

The Residential Sales Representative will be responsible for successfully selling all products and services to residential customers within an assigned territory. In this role you will call upon excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills to expand your business and maximize company profitability.

Day to day responsibilities include:
•Present face-to-face sales presentations with clients and prospects.
•Responds to new business sales leads and inquiries from prospective customer base.
•Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota within assigned territory.
•Utilizes all professional prospecting techniques including cold calls to maximize sales.
•Surveys, estimates and prepares proposals and presentations for customer opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
•Entrepreneurial spirit with solid networking skills
•High school diploma or equivalent required while college degree a plus
•Clean DMV required and a valid drivers license
•Excellent communications and customer service skills
•Prior successful sales experience is a plus but not required.
