Regional Manager Needed for Industry Leader!East Central Regional Manager $80,000 Base + Bonus
A very successful industrial company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to manage 13 retail branches within the East Central Region of the United States. This company has been in business for 67 years and has established themselves as a leader and pioneer within the industry. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are entrepreneurial, ambitious and serious about building business!
REQUIREMENTS
The ultimate goal of the Regional Manager is to improve product penetration and increase merchandise sales revenue within the defined territory. This position does require 60-75% travel within the designated territory.
Background Requirements:
·Bachelors Degree from a four year college or university.·At least 5 + years of Multi Unit Retail Mangement.·Experience in relationship based selling in which the company sold to repeat customers. Strongly prefer mechanical knowledge- hands on individual.
·Independent, Outgoing and Aggressive.·Committed long term.
