Condustrial is a full service staffing company looking to fill it's Director of Operations / General manager position which covers the Maryland area. This position will oversee all aspects of the operation.Recruiting, Sales, Administration, Training, Collections, Hiring Staff. You will have complete control of all aspects of the business. You will have complete control of the operation and your success.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Sales Experience and Training. 10 yrs experience
2. Managed people. 10 yrs experience.
3. P&L experience. 5 yrs
