The company develops and operates state of the art outpatient clinics providing primary care and mental health services to Military Veterans. Company is headquartered in Miami and founded in 2004, with existing clinics in Louisiana and Texas. The experienced management team has a unique standing with the VA and the CEO's background in building profitable health care companies makes this a ground floor opportunity for the right individual.

As the Business Development Point Person, you will be traveling approximately 50% of your time within the US targeting smaller cities and rural communities with already existing clinics. You must be a "roll up the shirt sleeves" person.
As the point person you will determine the feasibility of clinic acquisition as well as represent the company within that community for a smooth transition.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4 years experience in a business development position.
The ability to be able flow between the for profit and non profit communities.
You must understand both the "buy" and "sell" sides of the transaction.
MBA, with a concentration in finance,economics or accounting.
Experience with mergers and acquisitiion a plus.
Experience with the medical community a plus.
