ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• At least 3-5 years general/operations management experience
• Experience as a general or operations manager with direct control over a branch, store, office or restaurant.
• Profit and Loss management experience, budget experience, and expense management are also highly sought after skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• The ability to manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and managing a staff of at least 10 individuals
• Must be able to relocate to South Florida.
This position will require that the applicant have a clean driving record. Applicants must pass a background check including a drug screen.
