ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
ANNUAL FUND AND DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS

Dynamic, multi-faith institution for higher learning seeks an experienced, enthusiastic and creative person to design and manage annual fund campaigns and all Institutional Advancement database functions. Requirements include:

Experience and success with managing an annual fund campaign – ability to plan events, recruit volunteers, write compelling appeal letters and interpret the institution’s mission

Solid knowledge of the Raiser’s Edge database program as well as prospect research programs – to maintain records, troubleshoot Blackbaud problems, train staff, generate reports and reconcile funds

An outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills – to support the Alumni/ae Council and to interact with donors, volunteers, committee chairs, alumni/ae, and diverse constitutents and to promote/achieve fundraising goals

A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; knowledge of religious institutions a plus.
