Wholesale Relationship Manager



The position is responsible for direct management of dealer relationships for lending programs with aggregate internal guidance lines of $1 million or above. Relationship management includes dealer visits, dealer financial review, determining wholesale needs, first point of contact for customer service issues, resolving collection issues, and resolving inspection issues. Further, the position is responsible for initiating any Credit Authorizations as necessary, recommending covenants, covenant monitoring, recognizing any cross-sale opportunities, portfolio growth, recommending compensating retail opportunities, and proper execution of any related documentation. The position is responsible for coordinating activities during national plan rollouts by Marketing and managing the underlying accumulation of data and approvals associated with national plan dealers. The position is expected to have direct interface with dealer CFO, president and/or dealer principals. REQUIREMENTS


Specifications / Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred, 5 years experience in financial service industry (previous positions in sales and/or financial analysis necessary), knowledge of accounting standards and sound lending practices, ability to operate effectively with limited oversight, and willingness to travel a must. Working knowledge of Siebel Sales Force Automation sales management software and Moody's Financial Analyst spreadsheet software helpful.
