Wholesale Account Executive
Our Account Executives are responsible for developing long-term and productive relationships with mortgage brokers within a designated territory. As a Broad Street Account Executive, you will structure loans in the field using our state of the art systems in order to meet our underwriting guidelines. You will be required to solicit "A" paper and Alt A loans from your approved customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
Service and make sales calls to approved mortgage brokers, and solicit new quality brokers in order to maintain the assigned broker level
Must be self-starter and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Monitor accounts and loans for quality control.
Assist in expediting loan transactions through the system
Work with the operations staff in order to improve standards of service
Work with production management on special tasks
Production within the first 60 days expected
