DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITION INTEGRATION
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years progressive experience in the area of Mergers, Acquisitions and Integration.
BS/BA Degree or equivalent; Graduate Degree preferred.
Previous experience managing senior level staff and remote teams within a multi site, multi state environment.
Experience overseeing multiple concurrent acquisitions in different phases of integration.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from senior executives to skilled labor.
Requires excellent relationship building, change management, collaboration, and process improvement skills.
Requires 30% - 40% travel.
Duties (Responsibilities):
Responsible for the management of White Cap’s full life cycle acquisition and integration activities beginning with the initial letter of intent through full integration.
Oversee the due diligence phase post letter of intent.
Supervision and direct leadership for a staff of 8 Integration Managers and Specialists.
Lead direct reports and functional heads from multiple departments through the integration process.
Assist in the setup of strategic plans and synergies related to acquisitions.
Responsible for long term plans, timelines, budgets and integrations.
Responsible for all phases of integration related to people processes, systems integration, and other process changes.
Responsible for setting integration budgets and functional project plans.
Achieve integration metrics directly related to time-to-integrate, number of integrations completed, cutting costs on the integration process, synergy, and budgets.
Facilitate company wide discussions related to the integrated strategic plan.

Education Required - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Job Requirements -Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
