Duties will include providing support to clients and ensuring service commitments exceed client expectations from voice order request to completion of delivery. The Voice Services Manager will work on behalf of the client to resolve any billing issues and verify all order information is accurate. The ideal candidate will apply excellent customer service principles and practices, have extensive knowledge of voice provisioning and complex ordering processes, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum requirements:
High school diploma or GED with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field preferredTwo years customer service experience
Two years experience working in business environment
Suite of office software packagesOne year telemarketing, data service manager or related field preferred
