Vice-President of Sales

Initial Tropical Plants North America is recruiting for a Vice-President of Sales.
We are the largest interiorlandscaping company in the world and part of the worldwide service company, Rentokil Initial.
This position is officed at our corporate office in Riverwoods, Illinois on Deerfield Road and reports to the President.
It has full responsibility for all company sales.
Reporting to this individual is our National Sales Team, National Projects Director, Four Regional Sales Managers.
This position will require heavy travel as we have 4 USA regions plus our Canadian business.
We operate in 40 major markets and employ 1300 coworker associates.Our field sales force totals approx. 100 outside sales and design consultants.

REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this challenging position you must demonstrate a successful track record of multi market sales management.Experience in leading national sales programs would be very desirable. Prior call center development and coordination also valuable.
This position requires an experienced sales leader.
