Reports directly to President, one of our newest and forward thinking senior leaders. In the role of HR Vice President we are not just interested in a traditional transactional administrative HR “supervisor”, we want individuals that considers themselves a modern day Senior Leadership HR innovator that will act as a business partner and advisor to leadership and help champion a true global cultural shift to an “employer of choice” model. We need an HR leader that can help to make us a benchmark for human capital management on a local level in the short term with a longer-term goal as a nationally recognized leader in Health Care Human Resources. This transformation needs to start with your passion and expertise in Organizational and Leadership Development, Change management and true understanding of how to align and incorporate HR programs with the organizations strategic plan. In addition we need your help in creating an accountable and performance based workforce and leadership model. Your true challenge an opportunity is to integrate your successful programs in a collaborative and standardized means across the Health Care System. In addition you and your team will also be responsible for all other aspects of daily HR operations including but not limited; Employee and Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, Talent Management and Succession Planning, On-boarding and Assimilation programs, Annual Employee Survey Action Plans and Budgeting.


Requirements:

Proven examples of successfully delivering programs outlined above. - Large scale Hospital/Health Care setting. - Global business entities and facilities environment is ideal but not required. - Collaboration within a matrixed reporting structure. - Labor relations experience in a union environment is ideal but we may consider other candidates that can demonstrate strong expertise in other key areas outlined above. - Proven experience partnering at all levels – “Can go from 30,000 feet to 10 feet” as needed.
