Vice President of Client Services
BOSS Staffing is searching for a Vice President of Client Services to fill a direct hire opportunity with a health care communications agency in Bucks County, PA. The VP will be responsible for managing and supporting Account Managers and providing clients with strategic input. This individual will maintain ongoing client relationships and assist clients with developing business plans, objectives and proposals. Ideal candidates will have experience identifying new business opportunities, responding to RFP’s, and leading business teams.
Responsibilities:
Guide and direct the development and execution of marketing strategies
Effectively drive multiple matrix teams to attain goals
Inform clients and staff of industry competition, disease state developments, consumer trends and industry competitive products
Develop, oversee and manage budgets to ensure profitability
Proactively identify marketing opportunities that contribute to strategy development
Foster teamwork to ensure highest quality deliverables and service to internal and external clients
Conduct direct reports and yearly performance reviews
Mentor internal staff to maximize professional potential
Attend industry meetings and identify appropriate key associations
Essential Job Qualifications
BA/BS, preferably in life sciences, marketing or communications
10+ years of Medical Education Account Management experience and/or
7 – 10 years related experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries
Familiarity with medical education requirements
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; web savvy
Flexibility and ability to travel
