Vice President, Business Development and Sales

Our client is a leading provider of loyalty and reward programs to financial institutions and widely recognized as a global leader in the field of loyalty marketing technology and services. Merchants attract new customers, boost sales, and improve market share by participating in our network of top-name merchants. Credit and debit card issuers licensing the companies technology dramatically increase card acquisition and usage—enhancing portfolio profitability and decreasing delinquency and default rates.

Due to continuing growth, they are seeking an energetic and seasoned sales professional to sell its suite of loyalty services to the top 100 credit and debit card issuers in the U.S.

This position will report directly to and work closely with the company’s CEO from the company’s Atlanta headquarters. Responsibilities include development and implementation of effective sales strategy including management of all phases of the sales process and the coordination of all sales activities complemented by strong tactical sales management.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated full-solutions seller with experience in loyalty & reward programs in the financial services industry.

·Minimum 4-6 years successful and documented track record of selling strategic loyalty & reward programs to corporate America or related sales experience working with credit and debit card issuers.
·Must possess a strategic/conceptual approach to sales and be well suited presenting to and working C-level executives.
·Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comprehensive computer skills required.
·Polished presentation and oral communication skills for representation on industry panels and speaking engagements a plus.
·Ability to travel up to 40%
·4 year college degree

Compensation: Six figure base plus robust commission plan, commensurate with experience plus benefits and 401K package.
