We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!This position ensures that the dealership meets its new and used car unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on daily, monthly, and yearly basis. S/he will ensure that the retail and fleet units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and yearly basis. S/he will accomplish these objectives through planning, organizing, coordination, and measuring the activities of the New and Used Vehicles Sales Departments.Primary Responsibilities
Promote customer satisfaction as your #1 priority,
Enthusiastically assist sales personnel in all CSI matters,
Implement proper customer handling procedures
Review monthly forecasts from Inventory, used Vehicles, F&I Managers and compare with previous month actual versus forecast and same month previous year
Develop monthly forecast of Vehicle Department sales and expenses

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidates will have:

Two years of automotive sales experience
One year in a dealership management positionRequired Education:
High school diploma or the equivalent
