USMC TBMCS Trainer

Provide training curriculum development and instruction on the United States Marine Corps (USMC) implementation of the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS), networks and perimeter security systems. Support TBMCS training for USMC personnel at the AOC Systems Administrator Course (AOCIQTSYS) and at on-site USMC locations. Support exercise planning and execution. Act as Task Lead for a team of USMC TBMCS Trainers/SME.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Task Lead of a team of USMC TBMCS Trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SME)
Establish a comprehensive training curriculum and providing on-site technical support for TBMCS software releases
Develop training materials coincident with software version releases, coordinating on-going technical instruction with the USMC / Joint training staff at the respective locations, and coordination of priorities between with the operating forces
Provide technical assistance to operating forces engaged in training exercises involving TBMCS, collecting performance metrics, and providing feedback as to the effectiveness of the application software and training curriculum
Provide SME representation at various forums supporting exercise development and execution in both the USMC-specific and Joint operating environments
Develop and implement site-specific operating procedures, resolve technical issues with the software version, provide SME guidance to instructor staff, and to represent the interests of the Program Office in various professional forums (e.g., IPTs, etc.).
Support “as-required” exercise support drawn from the existing training pool; SME representation “as-required” to assist with development of exercise requirements; and establishing measures of effectivenessMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Degree Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (Highly Desired)Relevant Experience (amount and type):
Knowledge and Experience with USMC TBMCS (highly desired)
TBMCS Systems/Network Administration
Experience developing curriculum for technical training courses
Instructor experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters Degree
