We need someone who knows PLASTIC FLEXIBLE FILM PACKAGING and PLASTIC PACKAGING NETTING used by the Food, Beverage and Agricultural Fresh Produce Industries, someone who knows the plastic stretch film and plastic stretch netting markets, the packing houses, the packaging distributor network, the packaging plastic film and plastic stretch netting competitors, someone who can explain the competitive advantages of the packaging products you currently sell and then understand the advantages of our patented products, a value added sales pro!

If you are individually selling or managing a sales team that sells Plastic Stretch Film, Plastic Stretch Netting, Strapping, Carton or Cardboard Shipping Materials to the food, beverage or agro fresh produce marketplace, we want to talk to you.

We are a successful International Manufacturer of “specialized/patented PLASTIC STRETCH FILM and PLASTIC STRETCH NETTING PACKAGING MATERIALS” with manufacturing and offices in the UK, Germany, USA and Spain. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with a degree Marketing (MBA Degree preferred) in the Atlanta area to join our company and increase sales in the South and the USA. WORK FROM YOUR HOME/VIRTUAL OFFICE.

Interview in Atlanta with overseas President and VP, Travel overseas for 2nd interview with Board. Training to be conducted overseas (Greece, Spain, Germany, England) for training and product understanding prior to assignment in the USA.
We export our products throughout Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, South Africa, Argentina and Israel.

Responsibilities of this position will grow each year. New manufacturing plant expected to be built in USA in the next 3-5 years.

This key position will play a future role in our USA growth. You will be responsible for sales in the South and Nationwide operating out of Atlanta.

Training on several patented packaging products (ALL Patented) after hire date is expected to be conducted in Spain, Greece, UK and Germany. Our R&D Department overseas has several PhD’s who continually strive to keep our “patented” packaging products unique and ahead of our competitors.

Job Duties:
-Achieves regional and national sales operational objectives by developing a sales network through distributors in the South and the USA as well as personally directing and managing INDUSTRIAL big accounts (i.e. Manufacturers, Growers, Packing Houses, Distributors and large accounts such as: Coca Cola, Fosters, Del Monte, etc).

-Ensure the continuous follow up of sales figures against budgets and propose corrective actions when necessary.

-Preparing an annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

-Assists in the establishment of sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.

-Maintain and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives/distributors.

-Identifying new customer opportunities and recommends new products by identifying consumer needs and trends.

-Provide technical and professional sales support to our customers and distributors.

REQUIREMENTS
- MBA or MSC with a Marketing undergrad Degree Preferred.

-3+ years successful experience “marketing and selling" Plastic Stretch Film, Plastic Stretch Netting, Strapping, Carton, Cardboard Packaging products to manufacturers and end users. Prefer sales and marketing experience selling Plastic Stretch Film or Plastic Stretch Netting to food, beverage, agricultural, fresh produce industries.

-Our Products sell themselves. We need someone experienced in "value added" sales.

-Due the distance (Reporting to VP overseas) We are looking for someone honest, ethical, dependable, professional appearance and demeanor, who can represent our great company. Someone who can tell us not what we want to hear, but someone to state the facts, someone to state the truth!

-The position involves a significant amount of travel. Candidate must enjoy travel via both auto and air. The right candidate should be self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and an excellent track record of meeting sales and marketing objectives.

-Professional Salesperson to represent our products to our clients, growers, packing houses and distributors.

-Excellent planning, proposal, sales, marketing, presentation and budgetary skills.

-Team leader with exceptional communication skills: Strategic Marketing, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building/Maintaining Customer and Supplier Relationships, Meeting Sales Plans, Emphasizing Excellence, Technical Explanation Providing Benefits of Company’s Specialized/Patented Packaging Products, Proposal Development, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability, Annual Business Plan development and reporting.

Salary:
Competitive BASE SALARY of $70K-$80K, expected first year earnings of $150K++++ (Commission is a % of every sales dollar for existing accounts and new accounts) plus company car/allowance, expenses, health insurance, cellular phone, COMMISSION and ANNUAL BONUS based on sales achievements. Until we build our manufacturing facility in the US, this will be a 1099 employee position with biweekly/monthly invoicing/direct deposit payments.
