Trusts & Estates Attorney

TRUSTS AND ESTATES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYSA smaller firm with a local and international reputation for representing clients in the California Wine Industry is looking for two attorneys - one senior and one junior - for its Trusts and Estates practice area.
This firm has a family-friendly work environment and low billable hours (1700 annually). Attorneys here have a great quality of life with competitive pay and benefits.
One attorney should be more experienced and at the senior level. This individual should have ten or more years of experience in estate planning and administration. Candidates should have a background in drafting and planning, with emphasis on tax analysis, including lifetime and postmortem tax planning and transactions, family business succession planning, charitable gift planning, and estate administration.
They are also looking for a more junior associate with 3-4 years of experience in estate planning and administration. Familiarity with a broad range of matters is desired, including a strong tax background and knowledge of family business planning, lifetime estate planning transactions, and estate administration. Strong academic credentials are desired.
