Trust & Estates Attorney - Wealth Planning

Prestigious Center City law firm is currently seeking a mid-level to senior level Trust & Estates/ Tax and Wealth Planning Associate to join their thriving team.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in either Tax or Trust & Estates at a large firm. Excellent academic credentials and relevant experience are a MUST. L.L.M. in Taxation is preferred.

Ideal Tax candidates will have experience in tax planning issues involving the structure of complex business transactions through the use of corporate or pass-through entities. Ideal Wealth candidates will have a experience with estate planning and administration, i.e. the formation of trusts and foundations.
