About the Opportunity

Quality Builders Warranty of Florida (QBW) offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. Employees are encouraged to take responsibility for their own careers.

QBW is looking for a Territory Sales Representative who generates new business; identifies and qualifies potential prospects; initiates sales process; closes sales; contributes information to market strategy; actively networks in related industry organizations; builds and maintains relationships with current and newly acquired clients. Position is largely commission-based, but includes a base-salary.

REQUIREMENTS
Closes the sale by presenting QBW benefits, overcoming customer objections, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
Consistently identifies new sources of business.
Exceptional work ethic. Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency and meets challenging work goals.
Self-motivated. Has the independence and initiative to work unsupervised from home.
Excellent track record of work attendance.
Can take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.
Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
Influences others to take a point of view or conclusion by understanding their motivations.
Understands the market, the customer and the competition.
Takes initiative, pursues opportunities and aggressively tackles goals.
Sets clear goals and pursues them until desired results are achieved.
Studies industry and competitor information, and rapidly learns new skills.
Develops marketing plans that meet business objectives.
Identifies and pursues strategic alliances and partnerships.
Occasional travel required (out of territory).
