Telephone Sales Consultant - Medical

We are a Daytona Beach, Florida based company who is a leading provider of durable medical equipment. We are seeking proven, successful and highly motivated inside sales professionals to conduct outbound phone follow-up with prospective customers who have contacted us through our call center, mailings or website. No cold calling required -- all leads generated through extensive advertising campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with an interest or background in telephone sales or telemarketing.
As a Telephone Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is converting prospects into satisfied customers. This involves managing and performing phone consultations and assisting with setting up appointments for prospective customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate skill in closing, cross-selling and up-selling, and will be able to quickly build rapport with potential customers. Position requires soft versus hard sell approach, and relationship building skills, as well as strong organizational skills for detailed follow-up. All consultants are expected to demonstrate a true ownership attitude by creating an exceptional, service oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years minimum successful sales experience
- Proven telephone sales skills
