Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant

BearingPoint is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Consultant to join our industry leading team. The TA Operations Consultant should have passion around the development and deployment of tools which capture relevant TA data. This position requires an individual who thrives on building better tools and is not content with going through the motions. We need this individual to not only execute, but contribute to the success of TA as a whole. The level of professionalism and commitment demonstrated by this key person, will reflect on the entire TA organization's ability to communicate it's success. This position requires a consultant mentality and the ability to act with urgency, accuracy, and integrity at all times.Must reside in the New York City area.Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare presentations for the Executive Committee and Senior Management

All hands calls preparation and presentation

Make recommendations for process enhancements and improvements

Manages all invoicing for TA

Works with BU Finance contacts to ensure allocations and expenses are attributed to the BUs

Budget management and development for all of TA

Weekly TA activity reports to BUs and key personnel

Monthly Executive Vice President Summary reports

Additional duties/projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition DirectorRequirements:

5+ years business experience (HR, Recruiting, Staffing, Consulting environment strongly preferred)
Â
3+ years experience in a research and analysis role.
Â
3+ years experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) MS Excel is a MUST (experience with pivot tables, spreadsheets)Preferred Skills

Bachelors degree preferred
Positive attitude and works well in team environment

Ability to multi-task and balance workload
