Extracts, aggregates, pivots, reviews, analyzes and presents Quality Assurance data in various formats using advanced features of MS Excel, MS Access and other software tools.
Develops and maintains data reports in all areas related to contract compliance including call center performance, mailing, eligibility, enrollment, and other services.
Generates and analyzes reports in accordance to a set schedule determined and approved by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Extracts, reviews, and analyzes ad-hoc data, as required.
Develops, tracks and monitors routine ad-hoc reports.
Develops specialized or one-time customized reports, as required.
Distributes reports and background information to staff and external sources as required.
Works with managers to determine reporting formats and related systems modifications.
Utilizes MAXIMUS systems applications and other third party software applications for report development.
Develops and maintains a written inventory and summary of reports for internal and external sources.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong data reporting and analytical skills;
Two (2) years of experience in an analytical or quantitative position in health or human services field;
Ability to use advanced features of spreadsheet, database, and reporting software;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
Ability to understand and evaluate complex data capture and reporting systems;
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment;
Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; Knowledge and work experience with State programs (i.e. CHIPS, TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid or LTC) is preferred.
