TRAINING
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (SS009) The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation is seeking a qualified individual to work part-time (30 hours per week) to develop, design, implement, and instruct various training-related projects based on needs. TO QUALIFY: Considerable knowledge of adult training methods, needs assessment, and evaluative methodology; significant related experience in designing, developing, and maintaining instructional materials; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and some internet applications; excellent planning, organizational and time management skills; strong teamwork and interpersonal skills required; and strong oral and written communication skills. Degree in training/development, communications, human resources, or related field; experience in educational program management and training or a related field; and valid driver's license required.
