Systems Engineer, Project Tool Engineer

TRUCK-LITE CO., INC., an innovative, market leader in Vehicular Safety Lighting located
in McElhattan, PA, is seeking applicants to fill the following positions:
Systems Engineer - Lead and manage the successful introduction of new wire harness
products and projects and the enhancement of existing products for the Company’s OEM,
fleet, trailer and body market customers. Support application development, quote and
design development, process management and the successful installation products at customer.
Work with body and trailer market customers to identify targets for proactive application
development and standardization of wire harness/systems. Develop activities/time
lines to support the Company’s sales strategy/objectives. Provide product engineering support
to manufacturing engineering and the manufacturing floor.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or
Electromechanical Engineering. Experience with CAD (UG), Microsoft Project and
Excel, Wire/cable processing equipment and plastic injection molding are strongly preferred.

Project Tool Engineer - Truck-Lite Co., Inc., a leader in the development, design and
manufacture of vehicular safety lighting and systems is in need of a Project Tool Engineer.
The successful candidate must have established knowledge in product, equipment and
injection mold design, machine shop operations and processing capabilities of thermoplastic
materials, methods and machinery. This position supports Engineering, Sales,
Marketing and Manufacturing on all tooling and new product design programs.
Responsibilities include ensuring all efforts and considerations are made for the design,
build and maintenance of tooling for high quality and cost effective productivity.
A BS in Plastics Engineering with 2 to 5 years of related industry experience is preferred.
