Its proprietary technology tracks all search marketing activity across any industry vertical, empowering sophisticated agencies and advertisers with actionable data related to competitors` keywords, ad copy, natural and paid search via online reports and daily email alerts. AdGooroo provides the insight and information needed to generate the highest possible return on search marketing investment.
We are seeking a Subscription Sales Director to join our team in Chicago. This position is responsible for increasing the number of subscriptions and subsequent revenue at AdGooroo. Primary focus is on small business subscriptions for SEM Insight TM, our keyword and competitive intelligence service, and Trademark Monitoring, our automated trademark monitoring service.
As a Director, this individual will be responsible for all activities necessary from plan development and lead generation to the successful booking of subscriptions. Individual will be required to achieve assigned objectives as well as volume and revenue goals for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated direct marketing and sales ability in a subscription
business model. Experience in online marketing, search engine marketing and integrated marketing is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
•Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing small business channel subscription rates and revenues.
•Analyze all business inputs including revenue figures, support incidents, website analytics, internal and industry market research.
•Generate forecasts of channel revenues.
•Produce regular reporting metrics for small business channel, which will include small business subscriptions, revenue figures, traffic sources and trends, and on-site conversion statistics.
•Manage the following areas directly related to small business sales:
oWebsite architecture and design (specifically sales funnels and coordinating new design of marketing pages)
oOn-site conversion optimization
oTraffic generation (search, offline, web site advertising)
•Work with VP of Sales and Client Services to develop tools specifically designed to drive small business subscriptions.
•Identify additional low touch, high volume opportunities including affiliate and partnership development.
•Understand and explain AdGooroo products and services.
•Exceed semi-annual and annual revenue targets.
•Work collaboratively with the technology, sales and marketing groups to drive small business program objectives.
Qualified candidates will have:
•Proven track record of increasing volume, revenue and rates in a subscription business.
•Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline required (Business, Advertising and Marketing).
•5+ years of sales experience, preferably search engine marketing, online advertising, direct marketing or e-commerce industries.
•Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written at all decision-making levels.
•Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and revenue expectations.
