Become a key player for a $400 million industry leader in the business incentives/performance improvement industry. Our client understands what it takes to motivate people to perform at their peak and move the people who drive the business. Simply put, they help improve business by assessing the gap between where the client is now, where it needs to be, and what needs to happen to achieve the results.
This is a high level consultative sale to Fortune 1000 companies calling on C level executives. The account executive is responsible for the development and execution of sales that are consultative in nature which address the clients' strategic business issues. My clients' integrated solutions include research, consulting, communications, learning, database marketing, recognition, and promotions/incentives.
Minimum Guarantee for up to three years of $100K-$130K
Top sales performers are earning $250K+ Income potential is UNCAPPED and tied to performance

REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years of direct business-to-business sales experience calling on large companies in the sales and marketing arenas
Demonstrated ability to build rapport through consultative selling and creative relationship building at all corporate levels
Develop strategic partnerships with C level executives, VP’s and directorsClearly demonstrate and currently engaged in new business development sales activities targeting new clients using a variety of new business development strategiesMust possess strong hunter skillsEntrepreneurial spiritExcellent presentation skills
Previous experience selling marketing services, direct marketing, loyalty, CRM, or incentive programs is desirableWillingness to entertain clients

College degree required; advanced degree preferred
