Staffing Specialist

WillStaff Worldwide in Las Vegas is GROWING and we are looking for you. We are adding a staffing specialist/local recruiter for this office.

As a Staffing Specialist / Local Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting qualified people to work of our client companies. You will also be required to market our company and our applicants to prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong sales/relationship building background required. Ablilty to accurately communicate on the telephone.

This position can require more than an eight-hour work day, with various public events attendance required. This is a base plus commission position with one of the most aggressive commission plans in the area.
