Open Position: Account Manager

Minimum Requirements:
-Competitive, energetic and motivated sales professional with 2-5 years outside sales experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for selling services of value
-Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships
-Experience preparing and presenting winning proposals
-Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
-Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect, qualify and close business at the C-level and line management levels
-Ability to travel extensively within territory
-Experience selling IT staffing or solutions (preferred)
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred)


Job Description:
As an Account Manager with Judge, you will be responsible for the generation, development and account management of new business within a respective market. You will generate new business through prospecting, cold calling and meeting with decision makers from various organizations including C-level, procurement, HR and line management. You will develop client relationships by ensuring candidate quality and providing the best possible delivery of service. You will target mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients and perform research in order to break and develop clients. You will develop and implement effective marketing/sales campaigns. You will also assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals. As a Judge Account Manager, you will be required to attend networking events and participate in industry associations. You will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for sales activity and revenue goals.

Minimum Requirements:

-Strong desire to make cold calls and qualify prospective candidates
-Experience recruiting IT professionals (preferred)
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Job Description:
As a Recruiter with Judge, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of open job requisitions for various clients within a respective market. You will source qualified candidates through cold calls, referrals, proprietary database searches and internet job board and user group searches. You will benefit from our dedicated Internet research team, as they will streamline internet resources for you. You will develop candidate/consultant relationships by providing the best possible career advice and representing their needs throughout the duration of employment with Judge Clients. You may assist in the completion of customer requests for bids and proposals. As a Judge Recruiter, you will be required to attend networking events and participate in industry associations. You will be required to meet and/or exceed minimum requirements for recruiting activity and revenue goals.
